Great tasting Mexican Keto Friendly Rice
- 24 oz finely chopped Cauliflower (Use your food processor to rice it!)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- NoSalt and Pepper to Taste

Saute the cauliflower in a skillet.
